When you use our contact or catering inquiry forms, we collect the information you provide, including your name, email address, phone number, and message content. We use this information solely to respond to your inquiry.

Information we look up automatically
When you start a delivery or pickup order and enter your phone number, we send that phone number to our point-of-sale system (Clover) to check whether you have an existing customer profile with the restaurant. If a match is found, we pre-fill your name, email address, and saved delivery address (if any) on the checkout form. We do this to save you typing.
You can clear the pre-filled information at any time by clicking Not me · Clear next to the welcome banner.
If no match is found and you complete an order, we create a new customer profile in Clover after the order is placed, using the information you entered. To request deletion of your customer profile, email contact@elgallodeorojc.com.
We never sell your information. Phone numbers and other personal data are stored solely to facilitate your orders and communicate about them.
